During our video call, I will find out more about you and your lifestyle, discomfort /pain and lack of mobility. If you wish, you can then proceed with online mobility training.
Session 1: R650
Using the info from your assessment, I design a tailor-made mobility training programme of stretches and exercises designed to provide relief for your specific area of concern. I then go through each movement with you during an online video session.
Session 2: Free
After a couple weeks, a follow up session is recommended. During this session, I can reassess your programme and see how you are maintaining it. I will provide advice and corrections, and make adjustments to your programme if required.
